Sign Maintenance Company. What Sets Us Apart.

Someone once said they built a sign that could withstand the test of time. They lied.

The truth is time eventually wears down everything. It strips mountains to dust and carves canyons with drops of water.

With signage, even the best signage such as our signs, it's only a matter of time before they, too, need maintenance and repair.

Luckily, we have a plan for dealing with time.

1 - Experience.

If 30+ years of being in business has taught us anything, it's that the best way to handle wear on & tear on signage is with routine, seasonal maintenance.

2 - Process.

Each part has an EOL - End of Life - to them. With our Maintenance & Service Agreements, we check parts for End of Life and replace them when ready. We also run routine inspections on the various aspects of the signage to keep it in peak condition.

3 - Prevention.

The EOL part replacement and additional inspection instills preventative maintenance. Little fixes now in hopes of preventing bigger fixes later.

4 - Maintenance.

We track, document, and report any additional needs for repairs as part of our maintenance. Once the fixes are approved by the client, we get to work.

5 - Routine.

We keep these inspections routinely and periodically to make sure your signage looks as brilliant as the day you bought it.

6 - Proposal.

Depending on the number and types of signs, we will set up service & maintenance contracts that will best benefit you.

And while signs don't stand the test of time, we can keep it looking & performing like it will.
