The TransUnion Chicago Outdoor Signage Job
TransUnion is a classic example of how a company can change with the times. Starting as a holding company for the Union Tank Car Company leasing organization back in 1968, TransUnion is now the third-largest credit bureau in the United States. They trail only Equifax and Experian in the consumer credit report market.
When TransUnion needed a sturdy, yet modern look for their office sign to show their longevity and security, they came to Landmark Sign Group. A description for what we did for their outdoor signage is provided below.
The TransUnion Outdoor Signage Job
For the TransUnion home office location on 555 W. Adams in Chicago, we constructed and installed two single face signs with internally illuminated LEDs. The signs are imbedded in 1” Acrylic / routed ALUCOBOND® backed with plex and ALUCOBOND® backer panel set in a black ALUCOBOND® base enclosure. The signs were then mounted to granite window openings.
The base enclosure is 4MM black alucobond with accents including illuminated 1” acrylic border, translucent vinyl to match pantone 312U, and 4mm brushed aluminum alucobond.
