If Landmark does not install or deliver your signage by the agreed date, it is free!

The customer and Landmark will determine this date as a minimum of three (3) weeks based on the complexity of the job, after all of the following conditions have been met:

1. Purchase agreement has been signed.

2. Signage prints and all samples have been totally approved (design, dimension, color, type, style, etc.) by all individuals responsible for acceptance (customer owner, landlord, architect, engineer, designer, general contractor, etc.)

3. Location and alignment of signage has been approved by all responsible for acceptance.

4. The sign permit by the community has been issued.

5. Camera ready art has been received by Landmark if necessary for fabrication.

6. The downpayment (50% of the total cost) has been received. (NOTE: The downpayment will be refunded, if the established date is not met.)
